The story of the Crooked Carrot really begins with a straight carrot. Well, many straight carrots, for that’s one of the vegetables the Castro's produce on their local farm.

The Café is home to a rustic playground based on nature play, suitable for the young and old.
Our playground is easy for toddlers to navigate and adventurous enough to keep older kids entertained!
We provide a fantastic green open space so feel free to bring a rug for a picnic style lunch (please note no outside food or drink is permitted on the grounds) or to lay and relax under our trees.
